Author and Actress, lived in Brighton.

Mary Elizabeth Braddon lived in Brighton from 1857 - 1860 lodging at 26 and 34 New Road Brighton (26 is now the pub Mrs Fitzherberts). She wrote her most famous novel 'Lady Audley's Secret' in 1862.
