Since the launch of its online archive in 2006 QueenSpark moved into electronic publishing and has sponsored a number of websites. 20th Century Sparks! 20th Century Sparks!, an education pack based around the archive. This was previewed at the launch of the online archive and went online in early May 2006.
The Deckchair At the end of May 2006, QueenSpark launched The Deckchair website. This was a literary website for Brighton and Hove and the inspiration for 'The Deckchair Guide to Brighton & Hove'. On The Deckchair you could look up books about Brighton, novels set in Brighton, books by Brighton authors and much more. You could also make your own contribution on the website. Sadly, The Deckchair has been retired but much of its rich content has been transfered to this site. We invite you to re-register to continue contributing. Your pages will be published on your own 'profile' page in the 'New writing' area.
Letter in the Attic Letter in the Attic was the culmination of a year of work by volunteers collecting and archiving letters, diaries of daily life, travel journals and war letters written centuries ago or in the last few years. It was launched on 27 November 2008 at Community Base. Brighton & Hove Photographic Collection On 20 October 2011, the Brighton & Hove Photographic Collection website was launched.
