QueenSpark has recently completed its first Editor’s Course. Led by Anita Phillips, this six week course used text from QueenSpark publications and the My Brighton and Hove website to look at basic editing techniques for book and online publication. Members of the course produced our first 'Style Guide', which will underpin all of our online and print output in the future, and a 'Tips for Writers' information sheet, for use by budding novelists. These are featured on The Deckchair our literary website for and about Brighton & Hove. Thanks to the Jubilee Library for hosting the course.

Due to this course being oversubscribed, it is likely that we will be running a similar course later this year so watch this space!
