The Centre for Continuing Education is part of the Sussex Institute at the University of Sussex. It runs courses that are aimed at adult students who are looking to study on a flexible part-time basis, which suits the needs of people who wish to combine study with work or caring commitments. Many students taking their courses have not studied since leaving school. Others already have a degree and want to develop their knowledge of other subjects.
